le Buch is an accounting-learning app. It stores a Firebase sign-in identifier and your learning progress, including lessons, XP and saved business-game data. Email or phone information is collected only when you choose that sign-in method. Google AdMob may process an advertising identifier to provide and measure ads.

If you choose a profile picture, the selected image is resized and stored on your device and privately with your account in our Google Cloud database when backup is available. Image metadata is removed. Only your signed-in account can view or change it. You can remove it in Profile; deleting your account also deletes its stored picture.

Storage and sharing

Authentication is provided by Google Firebase. The app backend and PostgreSQL database run on Google Cloud in europe-west1. We do not sell personal data. Ordinary security and fault logs may include IP addresses and timestamps.

Your choices

You can use an anonymous guest account, limit ad tracking in Android settings, or permanently delete your account and app data from the Profile tab. If the app is no longer installed, use the account-deletion form.

Retention

Account-linked data is retained until deletion. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days; rolling backups and ordinary logs expire within 30 days.

Children

le Buch is not directed to children under 13.
